There were
shadows, which can best be described as links on the desktop, so that
you could have multiple instances of the same object and if you changed
one, they all changed.
Along these lines, when will konq/dolphin be able to make hard links?
That's one of the few tasks that I have to drop down to the CLI for (not
that I mind), but I do it often enough that it's been annoying me for the
last 4 years.
