The real mess is kde team didn't discuss changes with the users before
doing them.
The real problem is that developers and users don't speak the same
language ;-)
How you can discuss changes with people not involved in development, ie. don't
see problems, don't understand what is the problem even when it is explained,
because even explanation is far from common language, and that is the case
very often when expert has to explain something. It is necessary to have
midleman that understand limitations of both sides to make communication
possible.
