Linksys WRT54GL with the firmware from www.dd-wrt.com
Most any WR54G will work for bridge mode, but better to spend the
extra 8€ to get a device that will work without witchcraft and has
some extra RAM and flash... I flashed a WRT54G v 8.2 the other day
without issue.... works fine as a WDS node...
Of course then you need an Ethernet card, but you can connect up to 5
devices without any further hassle with drivers or hardware or power
consumption.
