[opensuse] Need help setting up vnc between two openSUSE machines

For years I have been using ssh, and when needed I used -X, but I thought it
would be interesting to have a full remote desktop though. I know that SUSE
has VNC, one the the members from a local LUG used my laptop to remotely
connect to his desktop but I don't know how he did it and I don't know what I
need to do to get it so I can connect to my desktop from my laptop and vice
vera.
