Hmm. Why would BIOS have to do with /dev/kqemu not being
present? I would think that issue would be on the part of
the kvm kernel modules?
Kqemu is something totally different. It doesn't support Windows x64
guests anyway AFAIK.
KVM-63 is good, stable kernel module.
Also, its a fairly recent system. Only a few months old.
It only counts when it was manufactured, not when it was sold.
BIOS update can help.
