Have you tried with krdc? I have used that with no problem a week ago.

Isn't krdc just a front-end for rdesktop?

I just did a round of updates two days ago on one of my SUSE11 (Gnome)
machines - which also caused me to update the nvidia driver. Unfortunately,
rdesktop freezes then crashes after about 2 minutes of use.
I'm using launchers that run: /usr/bin/rdesktop hostname -u username -d
domainname -g 1280x800 -x lan
Happens no matter what XP machine I remote to.
Any ideas?
