For me the one click left out some packages. I searched for widgets and plasma 
in yast and it came up with a package (sorry can't remember what it was, think 
it was plasma addons). Others have got it working by installing _everything_ 
in the factory repo.

I can get the picture frame working but only with certain pictures. jpg's I 
drag from a folder view widget containing my kde3 desktop do not load. 
Pictures I drag from the same folder in dolphin do.
