I think about 3 solutions:
-zypper (and I think you can add repos via zypper, but not interactively)
-one-click install (CLI version) - but only for SUSE 11
-"yast -i myapp" <- works on all SUSE 10.x series.

"yast -i" works from CLI, and it prompts for media change interactively.
