skills are in dire need of improvement.

As I showed before, your one message, in its entirety,
demonstrated no concern or caution, only a statement
that SMART is undoubtedly wrong.

If you wish to communicate something else, then you
should say so, instead of expecting everyone on the
list to be a mindreader.
