Did you use the rpm file or the self-extract tool?
I installed the jdk_1.6.3 from the build service but I can't see any effect.
Lior
I used the jdk-6u3-linux-i586.rpm.bin file, as I have always done before.
Same with netbeans-5_5_1-linux.bin
I have narrowed down the problem a bit; seems I can run java apps, including
the jdk demo apps, but all hell breaks loose if I try to use a different Look
And Feel.
When I try to use the GTK+ LAF, it errors out and displays:
/usr/lib/<unknown>: No such file or directory.
And I get a bug reporting dialogue.
