Hi all,
I've also posted this on SuSEforums.net, but I'm really desperate here
so please understand. My problem is very similar to the one described
in:
http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse/2007-08/msg01373.html.
Other than not being able to read the removable devices, i.e. CD-ROM,
disk-on-key, etc., I also can't see any of my USB devices with 'lsusb'
(even as root).
I followed what Yavor did in the above link, and reinstalled
KDEbase/KDE from the official repositories. However, in contrast to
his success, nothing changed in my system.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Amit.
