10.0 upgrade from 9.2

A newbie question:
How to upgrade my 9.2 to 10?
I installed 9.2 via FTP. (downloaded boot.iso and install by giving ftp
server address)
in 10 directory, i can find 5 ISO files. If I wish to install 10.0 via ftp,
do i only need to download the 1st CD?
