Didnt work for me..
After allowing anonymous uploads, i tried to run it standalone and testsend a
file from a client.
I got an error complaining about file not writable.
I grabbed an older ftpdir rpm and shoved it uonto the disk.
Sane test, same file, same client: Success...

So i figured i needed it...
