No, still no go. If I go to runlevel 3, install the driver then go to
runlevel 5, the "nvidia" driver is loaded and works as expected, 3D
acceleration and all. But after a reboot, X fails to launch and I have
to run switch2nv in order to be able to launch X again.
So I'm staying with the "nv" driver for the moment.
