Yes. I use it all the time as $USER to store stuff... It's like a 2nd
home partition... handy for when I'm upgrading SUSE versions and want to
start with a clean /home partition. I run/load/save files/apps from
that partition all the time... just can't get K3B to play nice with it.
Anyway, the error is not about permissions... it's saying that I'm not
allowed to pull the iso from the other partition because it's not a
"local file"...
