I use OpenVPN, which comes with SUSE and is also available for Windows.
While I haven't used the Windows version, a friend of mine has at his
office and says it works fine.

The first time you configure it, you have to sit down and give it a bit
of thought. Once that's done, it's simple. The easiest way, is to use
static keys. I generate mine with "ps aux|md5sum".
