Greetings,
Just something, that is not clear with regards to setting up a PDC in
linux.
Where do I put my nt logon script, and PLEEEASE don't say in %U because
that's whats unclear.
Here are two bits of my conf file,
[GLOBAL]
logon script = %U.bat
and
[netlogon]
comment = Network Logon Service
path = /var/lib/samba/netlogon
write list = root
I assume that I must put the logon script in here?
(path = /var/lib/samba/netlogon)
I have called the logon script logon.bat
The confusion I experience here is that the logon script entry refers to
%U.bat which is supposed to mean per user. or run when users login,
It doesn't work...
Could someone here shed some light as to exactly where I am supposed to
put the login.bat script. as in which folder.. :)
Or at least how to work it out.
LOL, TIA
CHadley
