If you want to let SuSEconfig do its work, then copy
/etc/postfix/main.cf.SuSEconfig to /etc/postfix/main.cf and delete the
former.

If you want to take over configuration of postfix on your hands, then
ignore the warning. The file you have to work with is main.cf, the other
is not used except by suseconfig.

The message is selfexplanatory :-)
