This is getting way OT, but yes it does. I used to do work at Edwards AFB and
would occasionally see a U-2 land. Looked a lot like an clown with oversize
shoes trying to do ballet. You could smell it all the way out on the runway.
And yes, U2 the group was sort of named after the plane, along with other
reasons.
