g4u cloning problem

Greetings!
Does anyone knows how to configure g4u disk cloning? If none, then I am hoping someone can tell me what is this error I got after creating an image:
452 Error writing file Illegal seek.
Is this an ftp problem? If yes, then may I know a solution for this? thank you very much.
