Can you be a bit more specific. Do you need to find currently existing Perl 
scripts and packages. 
/usr/lib/perl5 with a 5.6.1 subdirectory (on my system). 

If you are talking about standard locations and naming conventions for your 
own Perl scripts, there is no real convention.
