Mutt questions.

Hi again,
I am in the process of moving over to Mutt from KMail and have a number of
questions that I haven't been able to get answered from the documentation:
1) How do I setup my .muttrc file for multiple accounts for the same user? I
have two seperate pop3 accounts that I would like to use, as well as an IMAP
account. Can I have seperate "real name" and "reply to" fields for each
account? How do I do this?
2) How do I switch between ispell dictionaries in Mutt?
3) I can see that Mutt can use other mboxes as well. What is recomended for
migrating from KMail to Mutt? should I just change the default box and use
KMail's? What have others done?
I may have more questions, but this should get me off and running.
