Yeah happened to me too.
yOu need to download the files (except the source) with the
apt4rpm-addons
That section has all the dependencies you need to install it.

I tried installing this yesterday using these RPMs. I get lots of
dependencies which aren't resolved by the files on SourceForge.
I'm eager to try out apt - Can someone tell me what I've done wrong?
