A release notes update is in the pipe, mostly because we acquired a new
snippet about DB and openLDAP interaction
(https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=334639) and I also fixed a
small wording issue
(https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=334292).  If you want to
update the translations, make use of the openSUSE 10.3 branch:

I'd like to publish the update on Friday in the evening (2007-11-23
