The idea is also that we want to have the meeting done in an
hour. It has always been lasting for way too long, which, we
believe, keeps people from participating (as well as the
timezone issues, of course).

This means that
* topics/points that are not on the agenda [1] will not be
  discussed during the meeting;
* everyone should focus, stay on topic and avoid chit-chat, we
  can have that before or after the meeting;
* it will be moderated accordingly :)

(Yes, it was unexpectedly drastic the last time, but the folks
on the board, including me, just had a marathon meeting day and
we were hungry ^^)
