Hmm, I can - there are plenty of "open source projects" out there, where
e.g. the project organisation is completely non-transparent.


"We work in a open way" is reference to whole organization activity and
results of that activity.

Term "open source project" means that project's source code is publicly
available to anyone willing to accept license terms and that license is
accepted as open source license. It doesn't tell anything about openness of
any other part of the project.
