Yes, it is. At least, the person I spoke to about that last year is
definitely representative of Novell in this regard.

I will ask again and will also ask whether it may be quoted, or let that
person write an email about it herself. But I won't quote without an
agreement from that person -- not that anyone needs to get conspiracy
theories going, it is just plain politeness.
