CC may occur as this list (as all oS lists I know) have the annoying
reply-to-sender instead of reply-to-list behavior :/
And a 'reply to all' CC's the sender(s) as well as the list.
There has been sufficient discussion on why reply-to-all with cc is
preferred.
Maybe, I cannot see any good points. reply-to-sender is taking threads
off-list.
It's not, because the mailing list remains in Cc.
