When you reboot computer start it Failsafe mode, if you have boot 
parameter 'x11failsafe' in menu.lst then it will boot 
using /etc/X11/xorg.conf.install .

Tell them to use command line tool "smoltSendProfile -d" instead of GUI and 
wait until administrator password appear. Make note of password and URL where 
profile is located. That password allows you to change some fields in report, 
when you visit smolt page, and GUI currently doesn't provide it.
