oh, that one i got even before adding any repos. i think i've seen it  
mentioned on this list (or was it the forums?). genereally when repos  
upgrade i'm seeing similar things a lot; either my mirror isn't fully  
ready, or there's some last-minute changes in the repos. usually it goes  
away after a short while. if it doesn't, i look through the bug reports.

in this case i chose "dont' install...," i think 4 packages altogether.  
means they aren't being upgraded, but the old versions remain. they're all  
related to CD management in KDE, i think. since i don't have CD reader or  
writer, this doesn't bother me.
