it worked. painfully, but it is possible to rollback to K:R:46 and 
kontact/kmail 4.4.1. had to add/modify all my mail acocunts after, and 
get rid of the akonadi-imap ressources.

now how do i tell my system to stick with the packages from 
KDE_Release_46_kdepim46...
