I noticed on the GNOME Desktop Policy page
(http://en.opensuse.org/GNOME/Desktop_Policy) and noticed that under
GDM, Face Browser was marked as off. Could adding a face browser to GDM
in 11.0 as default be an idea? I think that would be a good idea, since
it tends to be more intuitive for most users than just a white box ;).
A good idea indeed. It's already on the 11.0 ideas list:
http://en.opensuse.org/GNOME/Ideas/11.0#GDM
I plan to submit a version of GDM with it enabled as soon as I've
defeated an X bug that's preventing me from testing it properly.
I think Jakub had some face browsing theme ideas as well at some point.
