Right, Christmas is over and so I've had time to turn my attention to
GNOME:Community.  Sorry this has still taken a while to appear but it's
quite a laborious process checking each .spec file with all their
particular vagaries and foibles - I hope I've not missed
anything/produced false-positives as a result.

Below is a list of packages[1] that need overhauling to match the
packaging guidelines[2] along with the username of their (apparent)
creator (some of them are mine, I know).  This mail contains packages
from A-M - another will follow with N-Z.

Please post your progress, especially when the package is compliant,
here.  If you're unsure in what way your package doesn't comply, ask me
either here, off-list or in #opensuse-gnome (if hell has frozen over and
I'm actually there).

Please note that I've not considered not using a .changes file reason
enough for inclusion in this list - I'm just going to trust people to do
that as they go.  Obviously if people want to be pro-active and make
that change now, I'll be a happy boy.
