I have explained this, many times in the past. See:

Oh, and would you expect to run hardware on another os (like AIX or
MacOS X) that is specifically not supported by it? Why is that any
different than Linux?
Just buy stuff that works with the OS you choose to purchase, it's that
simple.

I agree, this is their problem, not ours. They know exactly what they
must do to solve this issue, there is nothing that we can do.
