Perdón por no haber respondido antes.

Yo tenia un build de Factory instalado, y tenia el mismo problema.

Cuando actualicé a la versión final (desactivé los repos Factory), el
problema desapareció.

Hay un hilo de Factory que trata el tema:

The device notifier (and battery widget) are not put in the systray by default
in the betas.

Workaround: Simply right click an empty area in the systray -> systray
settings -> plasma-widgets -> check "device notifier" (and if relevant for
your system also battery).

The bug should be fixed for final:
