hello all,

is it possible, on a local obs, to provide your own project configs
for the openSUSE.org repo?
i.e. Letting openSUSE.org:Fedora:12 be a link to opensuse's OBS
Fedora:12 but having custom project configs for openSUSE.org:Fedora:12
on the local obs.
