We discussed this on IRC yesterday, it was caused by a global setting inthinking about it:
choegers project that all repos are type "kiwi". So a spec file was not
appropriate and the scheduler excluded it.
wouldn't it be more obvious to use a different state than "excluded" if
there is no matching file (.spec,.dsc, .kiwi) for a configured repo type ?
