Go to the "add repository" page and click the "[Advanced]" link at the 
bottom of the page. Then search for the build target named 
"openSUSE:11.0:Update/standard", select it and click the "save changes" 
button.

You can also build against any other project, for example against the 
KDE4 project if you package a KDE package that requires the latest KDE4 
libs etc.
