[opensuse-buildservice] New autoconf for older distributions

Hi,
I think there is a need for a project that will contain new autoconf
built for older distributions. Currently it seems that autoconf is linked
to every project where it is needed.
Project devel:tools:building seems to fit my needs. Would it be possible to
add autoconf there?
