You mean, with using the "Source" tag in a specfile? And
Source: ftp://example.com/tarball.tar.gz
does not work, while
Source: http://example.com/tarball.tar.gz
does? The latter (!) would be a bug.
Although it _would_ be very convenient, the build clients are supposed to
be set up in a way which prohibits any network access.
Or has this been changed?
