hi,

When checking the Build Monitor (build.opensuse.org/monitor) it seems
that several process are hanging for a long time already (4 hours).

Is there a scheduled process to kill them or will they stale there
forever until an admin sees it?

Checking the 8 oldest in the list, it seems they did not even start
building so far. (Log not started)
