[opensuse-buildservice] not able to delete backup file in BS

I need to delte backup files ending with '~'
osc tool faild with
Error: can't
get 'https://api.opensuse.org/source/X11:xfce/xfce-mcs-plugins/xfce-mcs-plugins.spec%7E'
HTTP Error 403: Forbidden
and web interface end with
Errorcode: 500
