This is already fixed (but maybe the build host uses an old version,
I'll look at this). It's actually not a big problem, it's just
a misleading panic message after a real error when XEN is used
for building. Just ignore the panic...

The real error is:

error: Failed build dependencies:
	libapr1-devel is needed by freeradius-snapshot-20060808-0
