[opensuse] Cannot connect to localhost from browser in openSUSE 12.1
Hi I need to access locally some sites using localhost. When the apache server is started I can specify a network interface with an IP, but there is no localhost entry. If I am connected to a local network and I have an IP address I am able to connect locally to my sites using the IP address, but not with localhost. Is there an option I miss ? -- Bogdan -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

You are trying to connect to a different machine using localhost as the machine name? This is not possible. -- Ken Schneider SuSe since Version 5.2, June 1998 -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
